Christmas is such a festive time of year and if you are like me, it can be fun to get into the spirit of the season through what you wear. Thankfully there’s no need for cheap tinsel earrings now that Erstwilder has bought out some fabulous Christmas brooches along with their latest designs.
The Deck The Halls Brooch is perfect for subtle festive cheer and I’ll definitely be wearing it more in the lead up to Christmas. The green glitter in the wreath adds just enough sparkles that this time of year calls for.
Deck The Halls is currently sold out on Erstwilder.com but you can still pick them up from Erstwilder stockists like Collectif , ThousandIslandDressing and HardToFind… but get in quick, they are selling out fast!
Now, I’m team kitty, I’ve always had pet cats and been a little more cautious around dogs but I couldn’t help but fall in love with the 103rd Dalmatian Brooch! Being just a tad Disney-obsessed (ok, ok, VERY OBSESSED), this little guy bought back fond memories of one of my favourite movies as a kid and I couldn’t resist!

Coming back to the festive theme, I loved that the Crimson Callistemon Brooch reminded me of a very similar tree here in New Zealand. The Pohutukawa Tree has a very similar flower to the Callistemon and is a symbol of New Zealand summer. Since it begins to bloom in December, it is also widely regarded as being our native Christmas tree.

The Posh and Pooch brooch caught my eye due to the adorable silhouette style and I thought it would be great to have the more subtle black and white style to add to my collection. Also, how sweet is the description?
“Two refined ladies out for a stoll. Oh no! Here comes the rain. Time to hasten home for some tea and scones in the observatory”

My final choice from the new Erstwilder range had to be the Poppy Field Brooch which not only is a beautiful flower but also perfect for all future ANZAC Days.
This style is also sold out (although it does come in a white and purple that are still in stock) and a little hard to find from stockists but sign up to their mailing list (at the bottom-left of the home page) as a little birdy told me that Poppy Fields may have a limited re-release in January and then another in February.
If you’ve got your eye on something from Erstwilder, the fabulous team have offered all my readers a exclusive discount code for the next week! Use the code ‘VICTORYVIOLET15‘ when checking out to receive 15% off from now until midnight Australian time on Dec 15th.
There’s over 250+ designs and Christmas gift vouchers if you’ve got a Erswilder collector in your life.
Have a very Merry Erstwilder Christmas!
